The invention relates to equipment for packing bulk materials, and more specifically to a device for bending the neck of a bag, And can be used in various sectors of the national economy. A device for bending the neck of a bag is known, which contains a horizontal stand and grips the neck of the bag. However, the known device does not provide high performance. The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity of the device. This is achieved by the fact that the proposed device for bending the top of the bag half is provided with a base plate for the latter mounted rotatably in a vertical plane and located in a working position corresponding to the plane folding the bag neck at an acute angle to the stand. The grip consists of grabs mounted on both sides of the plate with the possibility of rotation about the axis, parallel to the axis of rotation of the plate. At the same time, the plate is fixed on the ends of the levers, while the other ends are reinforced on the horizontal shaft. In addition, the levers are pivotally connected (J-shaped levers have pinch rollers at the ends, and grooves are formed in the plate in which the support rollers are mounted. The pinch rollers are fixed on the rod that connects the free ends of the i-shaped levers. Rollers spring-loaded and grabs attached to the shafts on which driven sprockets of chain gears are fitted with levers driven by power cylinders .Also, the plate with stand forms an angle of 25. The shaft 12 is rotatably placed in the bearing housing 15 fixed on the free end of the chain transmission 16. The chain gear 16 is also connected to bed frame 17 and in the edge 18 bed frame in Lamy 19, which are mounted on parallel shafts 20. The plate 49 is connected to the plate 50, which can be adjusted relative to the plate 49 by means of longitudinal grooves 51. The levers 34 are rigidly fixed on the plate 50 and rigidly connected to the shaft 40, on which the lever 52 is pinched, pivotally connected to the rod of the power cylinder 53 for rotation. rod 47 to position 54, in which the walls 55 of the bags are at the level 56 of the material contained in the bag. The device works as follows. The vertically positioned end 30 of the large bag 1 is grasped by the grabs 3. The chain transfer 16 is rotated to position 27, with the result that the loading end 30 folds onto the support plate 2. Then the rollers 32 turn on the rollers 33 so that the loading end 30 is locked between the rollers. Next, the grabs 3 are opened and are rotated to the starting position by means of the pivoting arms. After the bag 1 is dispatched vertically to the plane (Fig. 1), the rod 47 moves in the opposite direction to its original position and the rollers 32 are lifted from the rollers 33. Next, the cycle of filling the bag is repeated. Claims I 1.
